I’m sure it was in inside job. Harvey police have a history of being involved with gangs. And I remember reading news stories years ago about Harvey cops/gangsters being involved in a shootout with rival Harvey cops/gangsters. Many South Suburban communities have local governments and police departments that are corrupt to the core.
