Bill S. 1346 is fast moving forward and so is the Obama world order. An order in which we are the world and they are us....kumbaya and all that crap.
The bill is all about the left's thirst for Cheney/Bushitler blood and in the end will diminish are already diminished status as a world power.
Introduced by Democratic Senators Durbin, Cardin, Feingold, Feinstein, and Leahy in June 09 and considered by the Senate Judiciary Committee May 6th, the Crimes Against Humanity Act would more than just [open] the door to demands of reciprocity from other nations that seek to prosecute US military personnel and government officials for alleged criminal acts committed anywhere in the world by establishing universal jurisdiction, as Heritage argues. This piece of legislation would also:
- domesticate all crimes against humanity as defined by the UN including terrorism on American soil making these crimes punishable by federal prosecutors and judges
- afford reciprocity in other countries, subjecting our military and elected officials to not just The Hague but to the Crimes Against Humanity laws of other countries
- tie the hands of our elected officials and military, as every plan of action to defend our country must comply with all of the foreign nations applicable laws
- limit any foreseeable way for America to ever utilize its nuclear arsenal in retaliation to strikes against our homeland

I can see this eviscerating our ability to carry out the orders of the Commander in Chief. Not sure that’s a completely bad idea.
Colonel, USAFR
If this passes, the United States will no longer be the place we all knew. Would you join the military if you knew this?
Would this mean that, for instance, our military people serving in nations under Sharia law would have to convert to Islam? Our women soldiers have to wear burkas? Not be allowed to drive or to be in the presence of a man to whom they aren’t married? Etc? Does sharia consider the mere act of being Christian a “crime against humanity”? If they did, would only Muslim soldiers and leadership be allowed to enter those countries?
Even more sobering, if somebody *claimed* that a Quran was desecrated in some way, would the government (in Iran, Qatar, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, etc) conduct the “investigation”, “law enforcement” and “trial” however they wanted?
These UN things are such a crock because you end up with Iran deciding how women should be treated worldwide or with Chavez deciding whether the US has a good enough human rights record. Communists and Islamists lie. It’s part of their creed. They will always agree to whatever anybody asks and demand that the US do the same. But the US is the only one that ever intends to keep its promises. It’s a sucker’s game.
I wish we’d just get out of the UN once and for all.
FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO FUBO (repeat)
Come the Second revolution, I am sure that
Democratic Senators Durbin, Cardin, Feingold, Feinstein, and Leahy will be the first in line for special treatment!
