No, but he can update info such as his race, and even change his name if it was Soetoro to his original name if it was obama.
You should know better than anyone that Hawaii has a LOT of “strange” regulations regarding legal documents like COLBs.
And they added a Law that forbids the documents belonging to deceased people from becoming public...like “snips of paper found in Bibles.”
THAT is actually clarified in the law. So any evidence found after his grandmother died was immediately sealed as well.
