I don’t blame so many Mexicans for wanting out of their crime-ridden cesspool of a country, but if he open up the borders, the same thing will happen here. We’re already getting some of it.
Actually it is already happening here. Phoenix didn’t become the kidnapping capital of the USA because Tea party people were kidnapping libs
check out what is happening in El paso, Mcallen and Brownsville
Oh it’s already been happening here for quite awhile actually.
Back in the mid seventies I was living downtown Long Beach around the corner from the old Lafayette Hotel which was used most often for Mexican weddings. I heard a sound one Saturday out the window of the apartment I was living, went to the open window, looked across, then down at the dead young fellow below. Yup, they shot him in the back as he ran from the Hotel. Right below my second story window. I was a bit disconcerted as I really don’t like people shooting people around me.
Another reason not to let them in; Mexico is a large country and there are many places to seek asylum within their own country. The violence isn't going on in every city and town. It is concentrated more in certain areas, especially along the border. If they ask to come here we should suggest that they go to other parts of their own country. It is one thing to take in refugees from overseas but it is another to take refugees from a country that shares a two thousand mile border with us. We can limit the number of refugees that come from other parts of the world but we would have a very difficult time keeping Mexican refugees out of our country. We have to send a strong unequivocal message now, we cannot afford to send a weak message as that would start the stampede.

We’re getting a lot of it, for too long, all over the country.
You have probably heard me talk about the Mexican Cartels in my area (800 miles from the border).
Last summer, rural residents of Siskiyou County, California.....800 miles from the border, heard groups of spanish speaking people walking up and down the roads in the middle of the night, patrolling. The various cartels are here fighting each other over LAND...our national forests, to grow their weed. We are told not to go into the forests for our own safety.
One fire in California last summer, LaBrea, was set by these cartels, consumed 88,000 acres.
