If you'd read my post, you'd see I wrote of a difference between "unemployed" and UNEMPLOYABLE. I'm not talking about educated, hard-working men who are down on their luck. These men will eventually land on their feet. I'm talking about unemployable men lacking the education and ambition to compete in a modern workforce that requires both. There are no jobs for these men today.
