Does the phrase “Hang from the highest yardarm” ring any bells?
What is all the concern or confusion over them. They have by their actions, placed themselves beyond authority or any expectation of leniency. The same absence of authority which they exploit to kill and steal on the open ocean, makes them completely vulnerable to anyone who apprehends them. Right! There is NO court of appeal for these guys!
