Several readers (and a few radio and TV producers) demand to know what I think of the media coverage of the Times Square bombing. But, honestly, this is becoming like Groundhog Day. Before the Times Square jihadist there was the Christmas Pantybomber:

Thread bump.
Hey—as far as BHO is concerned, these are all isolated incidents by disturbed individuals whose religious views shall remain unspoken unless they can be linked to those darned , violent “teabaggers”.
Yeah.
If it should come out, in any credible way (like from the perp’s own mouth) that this was a response to a South Park episode, these muslims are going to make permanent enemies of a generation of American kids who have grown up with South Park and for whom that program is a major source of information about how the real world works. It will be an object lesson of what are the costs of claiming the right to choose what you think and what you say. Many of those young people are not yet old enough to join the military.
Which is a good thing in a way, because by the time they are old enough to pick up a gun (or a joystick) for their country, we’ll have a real President to be their commander in chief.
I’m getting sick of the isolated, lone wolf crap.
There are two kinds of events: isolated incidents and patterns. I’ve seen a lot of isolated incidents, including the pantie bomber, the recent NYC bomber, the 19 WTC attackers, the Spanish train bombers, the London subway bombers, the Marine barracks bombers, several thousand car bombers in Iran and Afghanistan, and an ongoing list too long to finish. I’ve also seen a dangerous pattern: so many of these attacks might have been planned by conservatives, prior military, Tea Partiers, Christians who cling to God and Guns (especially the Amish), and working Americans who listen to Beck and Rush and are upset over a little socialism. The government is, of course, worried about the potential Christian pattern and not about a few thousand isolated non-Christian incidents.
Islam’s leaders are not in caves, they are in the Koran.
The Koran tells individual Muslims to kill Christians and Jews “wherever you find them.”
Punishment for killing Christians and Jews is forbidden.
Even if you submit to 2nd classhood in a Muslim society, they must kill some of you every now and then to prove their supreme authority.
Anyone therefore who believes in Islam is not just a potential terrorist, but a terrorist of opportunity in fact.
The aggressor sets the rules.
Islam must be erased.
All Muslims must convert or die.
Remember these are nothing more than “Man Made Disasters” - That should be comforting to us all.
thanks as always for the ping!!!
Heck, thats what you guys pay me for.
Oh wait....
Help yourself to a Guinness! Excellent observations, as always, from Mark Steyn.
I think its kinda sad that a generation of American kids have to look to South Park for information about how the real world works. Kinda like the students in my college class who think Jon Stewart is the final authority on all things political.
The children could more reasonably be angry at South Park’s producers and broadcasters for being cowards.
That’s true!
