DUncan D really is a chip off the old block.

Meanwhile, RINO capons have been trampling each other to get to the mic first to condemn Arizona's new law.

Citizen or no, if we deport the illegal mommy and daddy then don’t the kids generally go with them?

“he does not believe children born to illegal immigrant parents should get automatic U.S. citizenship.”

I totally agree.

I agree with her.

Sorry, just because your baby is a citizen (by virtue of Mommy and Daddy violating our laws); doesn’t mean that the extended family gets to stay. Send Mommy and Daddy home - if they want to take their baby, that’s fine ... he/she can return anytime.

Hunter is a nitwit. The 1996 immigration law ALREADY DOES THIS.

Hunter is just pimping for another dead end run into a brick wall.

custody follows the parents. When the illegal alien parents are deported, the minor us citizen goes with the parents. Custody follows the PARENTS, custody does NOT follow the child.

If Hunter had done any research he would have known this.

Excellent Idea, Mr. Hunter.
Get rid of the children and the parents will go with them.

And yet: they kiddo’s ARE citizens, like it or not.

I would suggest taking their names and pertinents. If, when they are 18 and wish to return, we sorta have to let them. But at least we will know them...might even take a dna swab to hold until their return or something.

“Hunter...said he does not BELIEVE children born to illegal immigrant parents should get automatic U.S. citizenship. “

It doesn’t matter what Hunter believes. It is current law.

You cannot deport the American citizen children of illegal aliens.

He needs to help change the law.

This is what Mark Levin says in Liberty and Tyranny" And I agree 110% with him.

The Statist tolerates the illegal alein’s violations of working wage, and environmental standards, because of the alien’s babies born in Amrica are, under the “current interpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution, treated as United States citizens. And under the Hart – Cellar Act, upon turning twenty-one years of age, the child can sponsor additional family memembers for citizenship. From the Statist’s perspective, the pool of future of future administrative state constituents and sympathetic voters is potentially bottomless.

But does the Fourteenth Amendment grant automatic citizenship to the children of illegal aliens? The relavent part of the amendment reads that “all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, ar citizens of the United States.” The language requires more than birth within the United States. The amendment’s purpose was to grant citizenship to the emancipated slaves, who were born in the United States and owed sole allgiance to it. Native Americans who were also subject to tribal jurisdiction were excluded from citizenship. There is no legislative history supporting the absurd propostion that the Fourteenth Amendment was intended to empower illegal alien parents to confer American citizenship on their own babies merely as a result of their birth in the United States. Foreign visitors and diplomats are not subject to the jurisdiction of their home country, as are their children, wheter they are born in their home country or the United States.

I agree with Mr Levin that the BS of allowing "chain migration" was never the intent of the Founding fathers.

If someone robs a bank or commits some other crime, we send him to prison. That separates him from his children. It’s sad, but it’s the parent’s fault for committing the crime. We are under no obligation to “keep parents and children together” when the parent has freely chosen to violate our laws.

They aren't citizens.

The illegals don't decide for us who our citizenry will be.

End of story. They go home.
