Citizen or no, if we deport the illegal mommy and daddy then don’t the kids generally go with them?

They choose too, often. But others stay with aunt Chalupa or Tio Borracho until mom and dad can sneak back in.

If the parents are deported, their dependent American born children under 18 must go with them or a legal guardian appointed under existing law.

No, the democrats prefer to break up families by sending the parents back to wherever they came from and the kids stay, probably with relatives in the US. That's not a problem because liberals are firm believers in the "it takes a village" to raise a child...parents optional.

Sending the anchors along with the illegal parents is what would normally be expected but that is the reason they refer to them as anchors. The Nazi democrat party has long made allowances for illegals to stay here with their “legal” children. That is B.S. and sending them back with the families just keeps the family together, in Mexico or whatever other craphole they crawled out of.
