This is a Federal action, not a State one.

Thanks for the clarification. If he does get convicted and sent to prison, I wonder if Obama will grant him a pardon.

Kernell is accused of gaining access to Palin's e-mail account in September 2008 by correctly providing her birth date and zip code and correctly answering that Wasilla is where she met her husband.

Pretty easy to guess.

Word of warning for public figures - don't use verification info that is available in the public domain!

Not if Obama is in the cell next to him. (I can dream, can't I)

Would he have hacked Hilary Clinton?

Would he have hacked Anita Dunn?

Would he have hacked Bernadine Dohrn?

Would he have hacked Michelle Obama?

Of course not. His Daddy doesn’t say anything hateful about them. Neglected son of a politician father trying to earn his father’s approval?

Epic Fail, Sonny. Epic Fail, Go To Jail.

I think the chances might be good of 12 jurors who don’t think this was a very nice thing to do and a judge who feels the same.

I hope he gets 50 years in FED PRISON. Hack that boy.

Oh, is this hate speech? Um YES !

Sarah Palin took the stand for about an hour Friday morning in the Knoxville, Tennessee, trial of a man accused of hacking her e-mail, a manager in the court clerk's office said.

I heard a sound bite on our radio news at one, she was pretty forceful in her answer that this was more than just a prank.

I think the odds are against this little sh!t-stain. The judge already called his attorney's request for Palin's emails "a fishing expedition" and denied their phony motion for discovery, and his snide comments toward Bristol didn't win him any fans either.
