Maybe one of the shyster, class action (asbestos, etc) lawyers who are always advertising on TV will start up a lawsuit against federal government mandated, unconstitutional coverage. Or maybe the ACLU, you know, those guys who are always looking out for the downtrodden & oppressed....

The solution, of course, is for states to seize federal receipts and pay back any money stolen by the fascist IRS. I’d add in penalties and interest. Plus any identifiable IRS pigs would be arrested and face 25 years in prison.
