Let me assure you that he can. I've seen him in action. He is VERY good.

Unfortunately, erudition and charisma are excellent qualities to get you elected, but they do not mean you will make the right decisions when you are in power. Cameron comes over as just a bit too glib, a bit too polished, a bit too much "form" and not enough "substance".
