Judge Lamberth has granted my request for judicial notice of the opinion in Fl, where judge Vinson has stated that as a Doctor of Dental surgery I have a legitimate interest in the subject matter of the Health Bill- this is a good sign.
Judge Lamberth has also denied Obama’s motion to dismiss as moot."

All good, but Judge Carter also poo pooed the MTD and stated how important this all is, and then he dismissed the case. At this point I have a hard time wanting to put any faith in any judge anywhere in this country.

From what I have seen of him in the past, Judge Lamberth is one of the good guys. That doesn’t necessarily mean that he will do what we hope, but it is encouraging. He MIGHT do what we hope.
I won’t hold my breath in hopes that justice will be done, but I will hold out some sliver of hope for a proper resolution.
The American people deserve to know the truth, whatever it may be.
Perhaps the Court Martial case posted on Drudge will bring a result. Once it starts, the records can be subpoenaed as an exhibit for the defense.
Judge Carter was a sellout. He supposedly was pressured by many people in the islamo marxist regime. Carter sold his manhood out.
This is pretty incredible with Judge Laberth.
Taitz as of the other day, submitted to the Lamberth court the Minister of Lands, Dr. Orengo Parliament statement about Obama not being a native born American and that he was born in Kenya to the Quo Warranto.
Judge Robertson the ‘I twittered’ it judge, and Judge Land the I fine you Taitz $20 grand probably because he is a statist.
