I read that it was 'his' leg that was broken - probably stomped on it; after he fell (depending on case here) and that 'she' had a concussion and a broken nose.
As for 'Sarah' pin. . .it is being denied; but maybe better for public perception; and possible inflamatory rhetoric - and future incitement - NOT to mention Sarah's name with this. Whether true or not. ..
