Lordy...I have been in a hopeful state, waiting for 2012. Now..if this is really what the nation feels...we are down the drain.
My favorite would be Gingrich.
And Mit is the worst candidate we could possibly have in 2012 because of the past in regards to healthcare.
Palin is probably our only hope among the “known” candidates.
But I honestly think several new faces will enter the race and own Obama, in particular Governor Perry of Texas. A Perry/Palin ticket would destroy Obama.

I can understand her numbers, but Hillary’s surprise me. If Obama stays low in polls and gas prices increase, I would not be surprised if she runs.

Front page news in todays Ar/Dem/Gaz says Janet Huckabee now calls the Florida Panhandle "home". She has a Florida Driver's license and says she is a "bona fide resident of Florida".
Yep, they still own the mansion in North Little Rock, but golly day..gee whiz..how can they divide their time between AR,NewYork and Florida?
They're renting a 4,500 sq foot Beach home in Miramar Beach (Destin Area). It's an old trick to declare residency in a State that doesn't have State Income Tax, and so The Huckster and his family aren't above taking advantage of it.
He's not going to get much support from Arkansas...but the press loves this loser.

Don’t sweat it for three reasons.
1. The election is a long, long way off.
2. Polls mean dick.
3. CNN polls mean dickless.
Here is an interesting tidbit. The polls shows only 30% of the respondents thought Sarah Palin was qualified to be President but in head to head polls she is within 4 net points of both Huck and Mitt among REGISTERED VOTERS polling 42% against 55% for Obama.
So only 30% say she’s qualified but 42% would vote for her. Hmm.
