This is a site that compares the three leading candidates for California governor by listing their positions on the issues.

TOPICS: Government; Politics/Elections; US: California
KEYWORDS: governor; poizner; whitman
Since so many Californians are undecided on the gubernatorial candidates, this site may be helpful as a one-stop comparison.

A disreputable organization at best.

This is what I’ve been struggling with ... Whitman supported Boxer, yet Poizner is a veteran of CA government and therefore “part of the problem”. Right now, I’m undecided — I don’t want to vote for the lesser of three evils (of course, Jerry Brown isn’t even an option). What do you all think? Have you decided on a candidate yet?

None of them are conservative, but as a California conservative you know who Tom McClintock is.

McClintock endorsed Poizner.

Thanks ... guess I haven't been paying attention. Yesterday, for the first time, I heard a radio ad where McClintock endorsed Poizner. Also heard that Whitman is outspending Poizner something like 5 to 1 -- that's probably why.

I really hate it when the choices of candidate boil down to "the lesser of ___ evils".
