Leftwing Lies About Taxing the Wealthy
The US Report ^ | Monday, April 12, 2010 at 09:21AM | Kay B. Day

Obama and his fellow redistributors of wealth refuse to own up to a tax increase that will hit more than the wealthy. Democrats call this increase letting the ‘Bush tax cuts for the wealthy’ expire.

Fact is those Bush tax cuts didn’t just help the wealthy. One of those tax cuts helped anyone who is married, and we are about to get gouged by the Democrats’ other tax increase which is a refusal to renew those same tax cuts.

It was a tax cut for the wealthy......

if by “wealthy” you mean “anybody with a job who is not on every type of public assistance known to man.”

Obama and the Democratic Left (virtually all of them) have started to experience what I call the Law of Unintended Consequences. Health Care premiums are about to rise for about all insured Americans because of the removal of preexisting issue clauses and other things. Not only this but as the young working class - yes those who managed to get jobs after age 18 will find out, they will be fined or have to pay insurance premiums that they were not expecting.

The Elderly are expecting poorer treatment under Obamacare. Thus I predict a Historic Backlash sweeping many Democrats out in November. Their Traditional Constituencies, The Elderly and the Young being upset and the vast majority of Independents and common Americans will abandon them and fund their opponents in droves.

We don’t tax wealth in this country.

We tax income. Income is a measure of how hard you work, how much you produce that society/economy needs, and how good you are at investing in things that the economy needs. Taxing income simply keeps more people out of the “wealthy” club.

There is no sweat on a wealthy liberal’s money.

Yes, and it is immoral to tax peoples work. What a disgrace our politicians are.

An income tax is inherently immoral and just plain WRONG.

“....if by “wealthy” you mean “anybody with a job who is not on every type of public assistance known to man.””

I drive past a “Section 8” publicly subsidized apartment complex everyday. It is a mile from my house. Today, there was a guy standing on his balcony in this complex, talking on a cell phone. What struck me was that he did not have one, but TWO small, modern TV satellite dishes mounted to the rail of his balcony. Two satellite dishes and a cell phone. This is the “poor” in America??????

I am constantly told that I live off of the government largesse. I get SSI/Medicare. I was forced into those plans, precluding me from using that same money to invest as I wanted for the same purpose OR NOT, AS I DESIRED. Now I am stuck with what ever 0 will allow me to have.

Yet another scam by the limousine liberals. “We got ours, now we will kick away the ladder so you working commoners can’t get near us” or as Ann Coulter would say “Beat you over the head with polo mallets to make you go down the ladder”.

But wait a sec, you think our Dear Leader will stop there? Why, Dear Leader will need even more funds for his largesse! So the limousine liberals will gladly fork over part of their accumulated wealth and trust funds. So, Biff and Muffy, how did that negotiating with the crocodile to get eaten last work out for you?

Rich liberals will always have their “foundations” to shelter them from taxation. They find a cause, turn it into a non-profit scam, and ask us to donate to it.

The “wealthy” are anyone who isn’t a drug-stuffing permanent ward of the state.

Let the Democrats do whatever they wish. Whenever I need something, I’ll just find the home of a Democrat supporter and rob of them of their assets. It’s the new American way!

A couple of years ago, I read a news story where the reporter asked an illegal immigrant why he wanted to come to the United States.

He replied, “Because I want to live where poor people are fat!”
