If these employers are hiring illegal aliens and paying them less than they would otherwise pay an American Citizen for the same work, then I frankly am all for the government going after them and closing them down.

They aren't closing them down, they are fighting on behalf of people who are here illegally taking the jobs of Americans.

Does anyone doubt a full scale amnesty is next? Soon Americans will be prosecuted for speaking out against illegals.

They didn’t mention illegals. But I get your concern.
Any employer crazy enough to hire an illegal desires what he gets. But, what if a disgruntled employee claims this happened. Just the legal fees alone would put most people out of Biz.

It would be good if that were the goal of this. What they plan to do is fine the employer and then make him pay back wages to make up for the "lost" wages of the illegals. The illegals will be treated as victims.
