Well, the Swiss banned Minarets, ruthlessly limit immigration, naturalization is a generational process, the Cantons require you to be ready to defend them, and in general you have to be able to support yourself.

It is called genetics....the people of Swiss heritage in the U.S., Canada, Australia etc. live about the same as their genetic kin in Switzerland......and Africans live the same in Haiti or the south side of Chicago....nurture means very little as depressing as that is to hear......
