It is called genetics....the people of Swiss heritage in the U.S., Canada, Australia etc. live about the same as their genetic kin in Switzerland......and Africans live the same in Haiti or the south side of Chicago....nurture means very little as depressing as that is to hear......

It’s called culture. There ain’t no Swiss race.
It’s time to realize we’ve gotten badly off track, and learn from the Swiss.
I know plenty of African Immigrants who work very hard, are quite sucessful and promote higher education for the children etc. They also tend to look down on our minority population.
