Homemade salsa.....some call it Pico. I cut up a large onion, a large green pepper, 6-7 good sized tomatoes and 1 lb of serrano’s, add balsamic vinegar and olive oil.....mmmmmmmmm.....last time I used habanero’s it was too hot. My drinkin’ and salsa makin’ buddy made the mistake of taking a shower directly after diceing the peppers.....did NOT wash his hands.....I laughed till I cried.

My drinkin and salsa makin buddy made the mistake of taking a shower directly after diceing the peppers.....did NOT wash his hands.....I laughed till I cried. that sounds good... will have to try your salsa recipe... i usually only eat habanero in restaurants... i've tried cooking with it, and even only half of one, but it is just too hot... that's awful--about your buddy... i'll have to share that story...
