THIS is the world's hottest chilli - bred in rainy Grantham, Lincs, but so fiery it can put diners in HOSPITAL.
The variety out-scorches its nearest rival, which is so hot it is used in mob-control grenades by the Indian Army.
Tests by Warwick University rate the new variety at 1,067,286 on the Scoville Scale which is used to measure the heat of peppers.
The former record-holder, the Indian Bhut Jolokia, is 1,041,427.
A jalapeno measures just 2,500 to 5,000. Weapons-grade pepper spray is 2,000,000.

Brint it to me.
I love spicy anything.
I might sit there sweat, cry and tap my foot but, trust me, I love it.
Erh, at least I’d like to try it.

Habanero is too much for me so I don’t think I want any of this stuff. Serrano’s are good.

Do you think this can be used to control the borders? If we made them all eat it. :)

A jalapeno measures just 2,500 to 5,000. jalapenos are nada... but the hottest i go is the habanero... i cooked a scotch bonnet in the house and choked out my family... they all had to leave!

Homemade salsa.....some call it Pico. I cut up a large onion, a large green pepper, 6-7 good sized tomatoes and 1 lb of serrano’s, add balsamic vinegar and olive oil.....mmmmmmmmm.....last time I used habanero’s it was too hot. My drinkin’ and salsa makin’ buddy made the mistake of taking a shower directly after diceing the peppers.....did NOT wash his hands.....I laughed till I cried.

I’ve got some UDAP bear spray. They claim it’s 3.3 million Scoville. I got a little taste of it when I test fired the can, and it was nasty.

I like to toss a handful of
serranos (for flavoring) into my fresh
habanero salsa. Got to pick up some limes next time I'm in town -- lime juice is far superior to vinegar in hot pepper preparations...
Can hardly wait to get my (surgical-gloved) hands (and mouth) on a few of these jewels! YUM!!
