Then what the Republicans in both houses should do is submit a bill requiring all congressmen and senators to join the health plan they have just passed. They tried that with amendments. Amendments didn't pass and didn't get reported on by MSM.

We really need to expose WHO wrote this bill.
It came off from somebody’s shelf—it had been written before it was needed.
You don’t come up with a 2500 page bill overnight.
Who wrote this bill?

The communist/socialist/liberal anonymous authors of this coup detat knew perfectly well what they put into the bill. That is why they wrote exemptions for themselves.
They intended to destroy private heath insurance as a bridge to single payer or de facto single payor via a few giant goverment monopoly insurance plans.
SCOTUS should simply rule that since titles of nobility are forbidden by the Constitution and since the Constitution's purpose is "to secure the blessings of liberty," if a restriction - which is all this "law" seems to be is restrictions - which doesn't apply to everyone applies to no one.

Then what the Republicans in both houses should do is submit a bill requiring all congressmen and senators who voted for the bill to join the health plan they have just passed. They should call it the "Put up or shut up mandatory health bill"
. . . it makes no sense for someone who is not advocating for something to submit themselves to it . . .
