I was saying this yesterday -
protest on their lawns.
EVEN AFTER THEY ARE VOTED OUT.
Precisely. They drag our families into it like this and expect us to leave THEIR families alone? B.S. I have no pity; they brought it on themselves.
Congressman: You are getting “Sheehanned”!
They are figuratively dragging
us, our children, and our grandchildren
off into slavery to the state
and they want us to remain “civil”.
I suggest you read a little about the Stamp Act, congressman, and what the people did there to frighten theire “leaders” into submission.
We want you running scared, congressman. We want you to not be able to go get a sub or a paper without being berated and ridiculed by the people you are used to cajoling into voting for you.
If you want releif from this torment, resign your office. Then you will not be bothered.
He and others are getting only a fraction of what they deserve because they signed on to 2,500 pages+ of threats to individual liberties, property, and personal sovereignty. The federal government is one big behemoth threat to all of us. They have risked the stability of our economy and the solvency of our nation and they expect us to go silent into the abyss with them? Hell no!
Driehaus refused to listen to his constituency (and still does). Why should they listen to his whining?
This is an idea whos time has come... If we can get as many folks as last year to DC, all armed... We would be fielding one of the largest infantries on the planet.
They crossed the line. We cannot let this stand...
Don’t worry Mr. Driehaus once we retire you in November, you won’t have to worry about any ‘threats’.
Based on the way the US used to measure unemployment before 1994, the current unemployment rate is around 21%. graph
Put on your big boy pants Driehaus or resign from office. You’re a public figure and knew what you were getting into. You own your actions and the consequences and you pay the price.

I’m saying these bastards need to look forward to weekly protests on their lawns EVEN AFTER THEY ARE VOTED OUT.
And it wasn’t too far when Cindy Sheehan her bunch camped out in front of Bush’s house in Texas?
And it wasn’t too far when assassination movies about Bush were shown in theaters?
Poor clowns.
They haven’t figured it out.
It ain’t the ones calling (or posting) threats they need to worry about.
The REALLY scary ones never say a darn thing.
At least 2500 people rallied and marched against the war in Iraq. The march ended at Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld's House where a list of charges for war crimes was left on his gate.
Today here in Taos, NM more than 2500 people marched from a local art gallery down the main highway to Sec. of Defense Donald Rumsfeld's house. I saw types of people at this protest that I never see at protests: soccer moms and people with "God Bless America" stickers on their cars.
The mayor of Taos Fred Peralta declared Taos a "peace zone". It's unusual to have protest so large in a place with such a small population (the entire county of Taos has about 30,000 people).
Driehaus - even spell check could not save that mistake.
Limbaugh is correct that this is 110% orchestrated out of the White House. They think portraying themselves as victims of crazed right-wingers will help them with Independents. Pesonally I don’t buy it, since the very small number of crazies on our side cannot hold a candle to the likes of ACORN and the SEIU.
Dead giveaway is that dim bulb Kathy Dahlkemper put out a “Me too! Me too!” press release this morning.
