A Constitutional Law instructor, Michael Connelly, has actually read the mammoth new health care law. (He must be one of a very few who have). His opinion of it, sent on to us by email, confirms some of our worst fears:
The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, that of constitutional law
What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.

Whaddya know? Even atheists think this is an ungodly thing.
Did you have to excerpt it?
The meat of the article is at the end.
“This legislation also provides for access, by the appointees of the Obama administration, of all of your personal healthcare direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital
If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private insurance which is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment [which concerns] depriving someone of property without the due process of law
Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control
This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights.”
Jillian Becker is the “atheist conservative” blogger. Michael Connelly wrote the article, which was posted to the blog.
There’s no mention of his religious affiliation (or lack thereof).
“This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights.”
That is precisely what Obama is all about.
Health Control
Nailed It!
Obama and his people seem very confident that Obamacare will survive court challenges. In fact Obama seems way too confident given the serious problems of the law’s constitutionality.
Russians have been predicting collapse of the USA.
Castro is applauding the passage of Obamacare.
Obama and his people use every corrupt and strongarm means to get their way.
But they will have to contend with serious lawsuit challenges, yet they seem not bothered.
Connecting the dots, I think Obama and his people have something cooking for us and it doesn’t smell good.

Still...I have no intention of ever wasting my time reading something from a site called the Atheist Conservative.
Get a grip!
It’s about control and a take over by the executive branch.
It’s war folks. Liberty vs tyranny.
They aren’t following the rules. Neither should we.
why? atheists are not welcome as conservatives?
Huh?
I only pointed out that the author isn't the atheist - the blog owner is.
Grip what you will, friend.

Indeed. You are exactly right.
What is the smell? What is cooking?
And good-night to all.....
FYI
Obama is and was a MARXIST in college.
Here is an interview from someone who knew him: send to everyone you know if you wish to spread the (blocked) word:

The full interview is devastating.
Too bad Fox News ignored Dr Drew in 2008 when he contacted them.
We now know the details of Barrys Occidental years.
He was an avowed and committed Marxist.
Atheists are welcome to do whatever they want to.
But not with me.
