I think DUIs are disgusting, however I have known people who where pulled over for speeding and given DUIs for one glass of wine. People make mistakes and should pay of course but their lives do not necessarily need to be ruined forever.
Having said that, being in a hot tub with a naked child IS NOT a mistake it is perversion. And for that he should be ruined.

According to the Salt Lake Tribune today: Garn had slurred speech, glassy eyes and a bump on his head, which he told officers he sustained when he had fallen down. Officers contacted his wife who said he had called her earlier in the night, and she had told him not to drive drunk.
(That doesn't sound to me like one glass of wine)

I call BS too. I could see having to be EVALUATED for DUI because of the smell of the wine on one’s breath.
Whoever told you that they got a DUI for one glass of wine was either very light in weight ( ie 80 punds) or 2) one of the biggest liars you will ever come across. Unless this story happened to you specifically I do not believe it at all.
