If I heard him correctly he said he was Voting YES
I heard him say he was voting yes also. He said he felt no dollars would be used for abortion under the Senate bill.
He stated that he will vote YES because he beleives the Hyde ammendment is still in place.
Hannity’s site had him as a solid yes.
I think he said his YES vote was not a vote for abortion.

You must be watching a different US Congress than I am. I could swear I just saw him announce he was voting FOR the bill. He said the new bill doesn’t fund abortion and kept the spirit of Hyde.
