The only thing an Axelrod is good for is to Spin, Spin, Spin and more Spin. Sooner or later, though, the wheels fall off.

Gawd, their mantra has become so tiring and revolting. They line the pockets of big business and banks and unions and pretend they don’t.

People are seeing through this now.

"Hi, Progressive Insurance? I need some help. I just had a bad car accident. My mercedes -- I think it's totalled. I lost control and slammed into this tree and the thing is a crumpled mess. Anyway ... I'm not currently a customer. Fact is, I have no insurance at all. But I'd like to buy a policy so I can get full reimbursement for this mercedes I just destroyed. Can you help a brother out?

What do you mean you don't cover pre-existing conditions? That seems kinds racist."

this is easy.

You can't force insurance companies to cover preexisting conditions because then everyone will drop their insurance and just wait till they get sick to buy it.

The man is an idiot! Insurance is a promise of compensation for specific potential future losses in exchange for a periodic payment. Insurance is designed to protect the financial well-being of an individual, company or other entity in the case of unexpected loss.

He is not talking about insurance. He is referring to something that is idiotic from a business standpoint. From a government standpoint too. To offer someone compensation for an event after the fact is stupid unless you are charging a premium equal to the loss plus reasonable expenses.

The law of large numbers does not work when a claim can be made after the fact. He seems to be referring to a Ponzi scheme. Not insurance. But that is not new. The federal governemnt has umpteen Ponzi schemes already. Social Security, Medicare, etc.

The Obama administration is full of false academics. The majority of the people Obama has around him are fools who apparently have risen to the position they are in because theu are useful idiots working for usless idiots.

This sounds like a good idea for consumers, but it is just part of the Democrat’s plan to force the insurance companies out of business and to bring the US closer to a single payer plan. One way to make insurance less expensive is to bring younger, healthier people into the pool, but, if one can buy insurance AFTER A diagnosis of breast cancer, leukemia, or some expensive chronic condition, what incentive is there for the young and healthy individual to purchase it beforehand?

"GOP would have to explain why insurance comapnies should once again be able to discriminate against customers on the basis of pre-existing conditions, for example. "Let's have that fight," he said. "Make my day." "

I hate to sound like a broken record, but it is the only thing the left can understand...sometimes.

First of all, Mr. ASSelrod, the GOP doesn't have to explain anything to you, or engage in a "fight" with you...it is the AMERICAN PEOPLE who don't want your communist manifesto of a healthcare bill, and the GOP was sent there to do the WILL OF THE PEOPLE.

The GOP doesn't have to explain to you, or anyone, about "preexisting conditions"; it's called the free market for a reason, and the insurance business is one of risk taking, it is NOT an entitlement business...it has to make a profit.

On the other hand, the Govenment has a long and documented record of screwing up everything it touches, and the costs are always...ALWAYS ten times the estimate.

Now here's the part you should read, Mr. ASSelrod...given the fact that the public is AGAINST this bill, and that the whole thing was done in secret with provisios for abortion and death panels, why don't YOU explain to the AMERICAN PEOPLE why this is a good thing? Just saying that it's is "good", doesn't make it so...the devil is in the details...which you won't let us see.

So, the GOP does not have to tell you anything, just look at the polls, and go to a few "Town Hall" meetings if you want to know WHY.

You and your comrades have been exposed...you are found out...and you can't put the genie back in the bottle. Your "messiah" has lost his crown, the dew is off the rose...and democrats are on the "endangered species list", with true and certain danger of losing their D.C. "habitat" in November. And with all the facts we have amassed during the past two years, it will be a long time before democrats have another supermajority in this country. You have proven yourselves to be traitors of the Constitution, and enemies of the state...tyrants, that mostly belong in orange jump suits.

Yep...we'll certainly be glad to "make your day"...but you ain't gonna like it.

Why should Medicare, Medicaid the two biggest insurance companies in the US discriminate? I had to get Medicare’s approval to have my badly drooping eyelids which are blocking my vision approved by them, not my doctor. I don’t want some pimple faced 25 year old government employee who has NEVER been to Med School making health care decisions for me.

Defeat Obamacare call list: List now contains the new MAYBES culled from FR posts.

Code Red” - House Target List on Health Care

The National Republican Congressional Committee has published a target list on health care. In addition to continuing to contact the five Tennessee Democrat Congressmen, you can go http://www.votervoice.net/link/clickthrough/ext/94697.aspx to contact some of these targets. Much of the talk following Obama’s announcement has focused on how to defeat this second bill through reconciliation, but that is misleading because the first step to defeating Obamacare is not by concentrating on defeating the “fixer” bill but by defeating the Senate bill in the House when it goes to the floor for an up-or-down vote on Thursday, March 18th.

Congressional Dems on Twitter

And here are toll-free numbers we can use to call any Senators or Reps.

At the first number below you must wait through a tape recording urging you to tell your Rep or Senator to vote “yes” for the health care bill. Just hang on and when the recording is over, you will get the Capitol operator. Just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Then you will either talk to an aid or have the chance to leave a message for him/her to vote NO on the health care bill.

When you use the second number and the Capitol operator comes on, just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Every time I use this number I get the Rep or Senator’s answer machine, so it may be set up that way all the time...to go to their answer machine. Either way you can leave a message to vote NO on the health care bill!

We need to use these toll free numbers that have been set up for the health care/ BO supporters and illegals to use! After all they are FREE!

NEVER deal with Progressive Insurance.

The head of the company is a moonbat and an Obama-lover.

That’s why he named his company “Progressive.”
