Romney: Rush Wrong on McCain Campaign (BARF ALERT)
Newsmax ^ | 2010-03-08 | Jim Meyers

Mitt Romney disagrees with radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh’s claim that Romney made a grave error in endorsing Sen. John McCain over more conservative former Rep. J.D. Hayworth in the Arizona Republican primary.

“I find it hard to disagree with Rush Limbaugh on topics, but on this one I do,” Romney tells Newsmax.TV.

“I know Senator McCain. I think his experience in the military, in the Senate, and the wisdom and judgment he has developed over a lifetime is something we need in the Senate.

“I think it serves our country well. I also believe that it’s essential that we win the general election and send a Republican back to Washington. I think Senator McCain has by far the best prospects of being re-elected senator from Arizona, rather than somebody who would be new to the scene.”

I agree with YOU; but it is looking like the media is going to try to ram Romney down our throats in 2012 just like they did McCain in 2008.

That’s why this hammer ass should get nowhere near the White House. He’s clueless as to what America needs, lo his crappy state-wide health care fiasco in Massachusetts . . . I’m sure he’d be a better president than the impostor stinking up the White House now . . . and he’s probably a pretty nice guy, but I wish he’d go away. Something tells me he’ll be the RIM’s choice in 2012 like McLame was in 2008, but I’d really hope he’d just go away.

Well, it sure as hell shouldn't be McCain.

Romney is the next most senior guy in “the club”. It is always hard for somebody in the sketch to flaut conventional wisdom and conventional wisdom is that he is the nominee. To not endorse McCain at this point just seems like such an outrageous violation of “the rules” as conventional wisdom defines them for pubbie aspirants. I don’t blame Romney. I don’t support him at this point. But I don’t blame him.

It will be like them trying to ram Scozzi down our throats....

Most of the elites are deaf, dumb and blind.........

I am not sure which of these two is the worst? At least McCain, in his memoirs, can claim mind control induces by 4 and 1/2 years of torture at Hanoi Hilton! What’s the other guy’s excuse?
