Georgia's tax collections fell for the 15th straight month, setting the stage for yet more cuts to the state's budget.
State money managers reported on Monday that revenues slumped 10 percent from the same month the year before.
For the fiscal year that ends June 30 tax collections are down almost 13 percent.

Thier big plan is to tax cigarettes another dollar a pack.
Oh yeah, they already removed the homestead exemption causing my own personal property taxes to double this year. Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea for all the manufacturing that has been in Georgia for 150 years to go to South America, Mexico and China.
