in my area they paid them to drive by and toss them in the general area of my front porch...i would have prefered the mail
also for what its worth...the census i got asked “as of april 10, 2010 how many reside at your address....not march 4....certainly plenty of time for us to mail it in...i pay taxes so am paying for some junky to half way deliver a form they could have mailed and saved the expense of that plastic bag they had prited to put it in....more gov waste
I worked for them last year and one of the girls I trained had to take the test 13 times. The most pathetic part is the government still hired her.
