Joe Biden has never been the most ambitious politician, but not even I knew how much he loved being lazy.
During a break in Thursday's health care summit, Biden shared his views on the vice presidency. What he didn't know was that his mic was still on and broadcasting his every word.

I hope the vice president enjoys the rest of his White House vacation.

It was remarked several decades ago that the primary duty of the Vice President is to inquire every morning as to the health of the President.
