What about the number of his selective service registration? Seems it was out of order or wrong date from when he would have turned 18.

In terms of NBC we need to get an active case on the definition of natural born citizen vis a vis having a father who was not a US citizen.
Birth location needs to be nailed down.
The passpoort file needs to be opened.
All school records need to be made public.
Selective service records opened.
All this because the guy is engaging in guilty behavior by refusing to be transparent and because various government officials have not done their duties.
What can he do? Create another diversion? I think he will most likely confront it head on and call a poker bluff,

I actually at this stage believe he will classify birthers or anything related to proving his in-eligibility as acts of sedition.
I want to respond to a few issues you brought up.
1. No record of an in-hospital birth. This is true, and Hawaii-wide. A newspaper in Hawaii (I believe called Free Press, though I might have that wrong) publisized the actions of a anti-Obama group in Hawaii that used personal networking to contact hospital workers throughout the island chain.
These folks went through all the hospital records existing in Hawaii for 1961 and could find no record for a Stanley Ann Dunham or a Stanley Ann D. Obama for that year.
No hospital birth for little Barry, so I think we’ve got that issue nailed.
2. Yep. The Democrats missed one school record in Indonesia. But there was nothing they could do about Indonesian officials who love to gossip to Larry Martin. Larry who?!

3. An immigration lawyer told me that British citizenship cannot lapse and cannot be ‘renewed’. Once a British subject, always a British subject, EXCEPT if superceded by naturalizing with another nation. His father did register his son later as a citizen of Kenya, so that may have terminated the British ties. Nevertheless, it still makes him ineligible to be President as he wasn’t a natural born U.S. citizen.
The majority of people I’ve spoken with on these issues find it really confusing and frankly boring. But everyone perks-up and gets angry when I mention that Obama has used 39 different SSNs since 1979. Everyone understands the evil of Social Security fraud.
Remember - Al Capone did not go to prison for being a mobster; he went to prison for tax evasion.
It may end up being something as simple as having defrauded SS that ticks off the majority of Americans towards Obama.
He has stated he doesn't care if He is only a one term great president. May be he continues to erode the economy and free market system to the cliff , where the damage is so bad he (and his backers) is/are satisfied. It has only been one year. Can you imagine the US after a full term of Obama.
Add to this his actions of stacking the DoJ with attorneys who defend terrorists.
A newspaper, you are not sure which one, ran a story about a hearsay claim, by an unknown group of people, who say they surreptitiously, and illegally, searched all of the still existing hospital records, for the entire State of Hawaii, for 1961, and didn't find Obama's birth. And you think you've "got that issue nailed down"?
Take your check book to court, when you file your lawsuit based on those facts. Because unless the judge takes mercy on you for reasons of diminished capacity, you will be ordered to pay a fine as a sacntion, for wasting the Court's time.
Man, that is backwards. They will start oozing through the cracks because nobody fears this jerkoff.

I’m not filing any lawsuit.
But know you this - where Obama was born doesn’t really matter except I care deeply that our Constitution is upheld and the eligibility requirments to be President of the United States are met.
A natural born citizen is born in a nation of citizen parents. Showing the nation his real birth certificate would go a long way towards demonstrating his eligibility.
But as I’ve said elsewhere in this thread, it is probably a red herring meant to divert attention from the real problem, either his actual citizenship, or the fact he may have committed Social Security fraud at Occidental College. See my post at #12.

OBAMA: THROWING PAPUA UNDER THE BUS, by An American Expat in Southeast Asia – Larry Martin
In an article entitled “A Forgotten Cause” ¹, Peter Tatchell sheds light on the plight of the West Papuans, many of whom are Christians and have suffered under Indonesia’s brutal policy of ethnic and religious persecution. The untold story though is how the Obama campaign would sell out the West Papuans in a desperate attempt to protect Obama’s presidential bid.
On the 3rd of July, 2007, U.S. Congressman Eni Faleomavaega would touch down in Djakarta, Indonesia. A staunch, outspoken critic of Djakarta’s rule over West Papua, New Guinea, and a crusader for West Papua’s right to self determination, the chairman of the House Subcommittee on Asia, the Pacific and the Global Environment, Faleomavaega promised to be a force to be reckoned with.
Having been barred from visiting Papua by the Indonesian government, Faleomavaega would instead settle for a private meeting in Djakarta with Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Barnabas Suebu, the governor for the Indonesian province of Papua. The Papuan issue though wasn’t the only thing on his mind, being one of Barack Obama’s most devoted disciples, Faleomavaega would be seeking the Indonesian government’s assistance in supporting Barack Obama’s presidential campaign as well as making the requisite pilgrimage to Barack Obama’s childhood school.
According to Indonesian sources, “officials” who accompanied Faleomavaega were interested in acquiring any and all documentation of photographs of a young Barry Soetoro for America’s “national archives” and they were offering cash, lots of it. In a show of faith, Barack Obama’s childhood school would be one of the very first beneficiaries of this outpouring, receiving thousands of dollars to upgrade the school and for the purchase of computer equipment, thanks in part to the benevolence of this visiting junket.
The challenge, of course, was securing Indonesian government records potentially damaging to Barack Obama’s candidacy for the U.S. presidency as well as other records pertaining to a young Barry Soetoro and his family wouldn’t be so easy to acquire and secure. For this the visitors would need the assistance and cooperation of the Indonesian government.
It’s not that getting Indonesian government help is difficult, it’s not. It is no secret that Indonesia is one of the most corrupt countries on the planet, but we’re not talking about the challenge of dealing with corrupt government officials here, but rather dealing with the “true believers of change”. Convincing the Indonesian government that an Obama presidency will be able to deliver that “change”, and that it was in the interest of both countries to see that Barack Obama was elected, was nothing more than a fait accompli for Faleomavaega’s entourage.
For West Papua’s governor in attendance, having been pacified at the prospect that an Obama presidency would enable him to make zillions trading carbon credits on the Chicago Climate Exchange. Barnabas Suebu would sit quietly as the fate of West Papua was decided.
The only issue of contention Faleomavaega would face from the Indonesian government would be the issue of West Papua. In the end, it was simply a give and take situation. The Obama campaign needed assistance from the Indonesian government and the Indonesian government wanted a free hand in Papua.
Later concerning Faleomavaega’s meeting, Indonesian presidential spokesman Dino Patti Djalal² would have this to say: “One thing that is sure is that Faleomavaega’s visit here has changed his views about Indonesia. It has made him realize this country is so vast and complex it cannot be reduced by the Papua issue…” Dino said Faleomavaega was known as a member of the U.S. Congress who often commented on the Papuan issue but now he had changed his views. “He now sees that Papua is inalienable part of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
Faleomavaega’s meeting with Indonesia’s president regarding West Papua and his subsequent flip-flop on supporting West Papua’s right to self-determination is something that you might think would warrant at least a press release on the congressman’s website. But there is nothing, nor is there any mention on the House Subcommittee’s site. No press release, nothing, not even a mere mention of his trip to Indonesia.
In the end everyone got what they wanted, all to the detriment of the West Papuans.
There is no denying the fact that the prospect of an Obama presidency has emboldened the Indonesian government’s brutal repression in Papua. In an earlier article, we explained in detail how an Obama presidency would stoke ethnic and religious chauvinism in Indonesia, and how Indonesia’s Islamic fundamentalists will use an Obama presidency to radicalize a new contingent of militants from the ranks of Islam’s moderates. Individuals who are mesmerized by the phantasmagorical image of one of their own now inhabiting the White House, and who will see it as a sign of America’s impending submission and our nation’s acquiescence to the superiority of Islam. Tee-shirts blazoned with messianic images of Barack Hussein Obama have been very popular in Indonesia. In Indonesia, Barack Obama is fast becoming the “Che Guevara” of Indonesia’s young wannabe Islamists.
The Indonesian government is not only failing to protect the West Papuans from the violence of militant Islam, but the government is actively stoking the fires of ethnic and religious chauvinism and supporting intimidation against the West Papuans with many in recent day taking to the streets protesting the introduction of Islamic law.
For Indonesia’s national news agency to refer to the U.S government as the “George Bush administration”, highlights the dichotomy of opposing foreign policy positions that are being both presented and exploited by the left. That Indonesia would feel it was safe to renew their campaign of brutal repression in Papua during the last few month of the Bush administration, the diplomatic sabotage conducted by the Obama campaign is partially, if not wholly, responsible.

My thoughts are as we speak the new forgery is being artificially aged to look authentic. Keep in mind there is no perfect crime. He and his supporters in this will be exposed, one by one and yes they will talk and Barry will be exposed as the fake he is. No two ways about it, the truth always comes out.
Exactly -- the real problem is his agenda. Every moment spent doing anything other than attemping to stop his agenda, and defeat those who would enact it, is a waste of time. Moments spent advancing Birtherism are actually counter productive.
