An attorney whose legal brief in a case challenging Barack Obama's eligibility revealed a Supreme Court can remove an ineligible chief executive now has released an analysis confirming that if Obama isn't eligible, he could be charged under a number of felony statutes.
And that's just on the federal level; any state charges would be in addition, as would charges against individuals who may have helped him in the commission of any of the acts, according to Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation.
Kreep has been involved in several of the cases that have raised challenges to Obama's occupancy of the Oval Office, including two in California. One is on appeal in the state court system and names California Secretary of State Debra Bowen as defendant. The other, in the federal court system , is on appeal before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Both make claims on behalf of individuals and political candidates in California over Obama's presence on the 2008 election ballot.
WND several weeks ago reported when Kreep's legal research revealed two precedents he believes would be applicable in the Obama case. In one, state officials arbitrarily removed a candidate from an election ballot because it was not proven the candidate was qualified for office. In another, the North Dakota Supreme Court removed the sitting governor from office when it was documented he was not eligible under the state's requirements.

D.C. Tech Official Is Accused of Bribery(Birth Certificate Forgery)
A D.C. government official and a business executive were arrested yesterday on bribery
charges involving city technology contracts that included "ghost" workers and
kickbacks, federal authorities said. Until recently, the technology office was headed
by Vivek Kundra, who has taken a job as President Obama's chief information officer.
A White House official confirmed last night that Kundra has taken a leave of absence.
Yusuf Acar, 40, who has worked in the technology office since 2004, was charged with
bribery, conspiracy, money laundering and conflict of interest.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas Hibarger told a federal judge that Acar is a flight risk because agents
seized $70,000 in cash in his house and because in recorded conversations, he boasted that he could easily flee to his native Turkey.
Acar also told the informant that he could use
computers to create fake D.C. birth certificates, Hibarger said.
If the daughter-in-law and grandchildren of Bernie Madoff can chnage their last name to Morgan, I hereby grant Attorney Kreep dispensation to change his name to Keefe.
Good posts. The Democrat Crime Syndicate doing what criminals do.
Well said!
Matter of fact, it is so well said, it bears repeating.
So ... Any case to determine 0bamao's ineligibility or eligibility should be decided on the facts alone, and not be influenced in any manner by the resulting consequences. Any impact of his misrepresentation and usurping the office is a separate matter.
...which is why this isn't gonna go anywhere. The corruption is too deep to allow this to happen.
*ping*
All it would take is one brave judge and discovery.
Thanks.
I honestly hope you two are correct. But my paranoia says that it will be squashed before it gets that far. :)
If Obama were a Republican imagine how the media would have treated this story. And the entire file would have been leaked already, with the leaker being touted as a hero by the New York Times.
Keep searching for the truth, wherever it leads, I say.
It’s troubling that much of the media does not share this view.
==================================================
It seems like everyone who voted him into office should share the guilt.......
Really?
Yesterday, 40 out of 90 legislators in Arizona sponsored a bill to require documented proof of eligibility. These 40 legislators are not fringe or nutz or weird. These are people with significant influence in government.
Do you think Arizona is unique? Of course not! It is an indication that legislators in other states also see Obama’s eligibility as a problem.
Obama’s eligibility **will** not go away and is going somewhere.
Touching how some folks still believe we’re a nation of laws.
As witnessed on this blog and many others, we have the nay sayers on the eligibility of Obama.
Something all Americans need to remind themselves. Our constitution was bought and payed for with blood and human lives. It wasn’t made freely when it was pined to paper.
This document “has been” ? one of freedoms greatest asset...there are no others like in the whole of the world.
Now we are finding our selves in a challenge to protect this document as no other time in our history. But are we willing to sacrifice our blood as our forefathers?/ to see this paper is followed as written? I don’t think so. People will ware the chains this present Gov. is bounding them with in-order for some-one else to pay for their lively hood.
For me, “give me liberty or give me death”. I don’t have many years left, and every day is precious to me, but I would gladly give it to protect this wonderful document, if I’m called to do so !!!!!!!!
Anyone who signs an executive order to seal all personal records from the public sure throws a red flag up for me. Watch out, once he feels too much heat he will try to do as much damage as he can. Typical thug he is.
