The anger builds
NY Post ^ | February 19, 2010 | Editorial

Think Americans are angry at Wash ington today? Just you wait.

Even as President Obama yester day formed a panel of Washington graybeards to find ways to control the national debt, the Government Accountability Office was reporting in eye-popping detail on a $5 billion "stimulus" program to weatherize the homes of some 600,000 low-income families.

The point, purportedly, was to increase energy efficiency and create "green jobs" -- whatever they may be.

But GAO found that, as of Dec. 31 (nearly a year into the program), barely 9,000 homes had, in fact, been weatherized.

The kleptocracy cuts across party lines. The anger will quickly be bestowed upon Republicans if we elect a bunch of RINOs.

...and now we really want those government “workers” to “run” our health care system. Oh, yeah!

I called it a KLUTZocracy. It doesn’t merely steal, it is hopelessly inept at carrying out its stated aims.

“it is hopelessly inept at carrying out its stated aims.”

That’s a naive view. It’s actually brilliantly adept in carrying out the socialists cloward-piven strategy of overloading the system. These people are not bumbling, they are purposefully and systematically destroying us.

I am just irritated this morning. There really is two Americas. We have the corrupt politicos in DC and then there is “us”, hardworking Americans who the politicos cheat and abuse.

The politicos pamper themselves lining their pockets with corrupt deals and spending the money of our yet to be born to buy votes to continue their corruption.

It really stinks that that POS Obozo spends like no other and then has the unmitigated gall to lecture the American people on how we have to be fiscally responsible. Of course, the media lets this piece of crap get away with this without calling out the sickening hypocrisy.

Here we are losing our businesses, losing our jobs, paying higher prices for everything and these bastids still haven’t ruined us enough for their liking.

The damage they are doing is breathtaking and we still sit here and take it so well.

I really despise them.

Weatherization 101.

1) Close the windows....tight

2) Turn thermostat (thing with numbers on it) down from 85 to 65

3) Insulate basement (kraft paper against floor)

Where do I get my consulting fee check?

This is a page directly out of Lyndon Johnson’s playbook except he actually had a “Great Society” structure to receive and spend and accomplish work.

Obama has no “War on Poverty” infrastructure in place to accomplish the mission

Some aver this is cleverly on purpose, in order to monkey-wrench the system. I dunno. Bummer is Incompetent Excuse City. Johnson at least made a half hearted effort.

Translation: A $5,000,000,000 Slush Fund for ACORN and Union Hacks. Or in an accountant's terms, an actuarial nightmare on wheels.

Meanwhile, the ozero admin is forcing accounting firms that prepare tax forms to register/qualify with the goobmint. That will turn out well.

Don’t let it get the best of you.

Obama & friends try to pull that crap because they retain a ‘90’s mentality - they rely on the LSM and the inattention of the voting public to allow them to get away with demagogic BS.

We have the New Media now and the public is hyper-politicized compared to just a couple of years ago. The libs and corrupt exploiters are being found out and they are jumping ship every day because they can’t stand the scrutiny.

When Ostinko was announcing his “Bipartisan Panel” yesterday I felt physically nauseated. I wanted to throw the remote through the TV.

I cannot even stand to hear that clipped arrogant voice of his.

This panel is to make it appear the the GOP and the Commie dems are on board for tax hikes. And he, poor little barry, has to do what they say. In otherwards, don’t blame poor little barry because he really didn’t mean to lie to ya about that tax pledge thingy.
