The sad thing is the Mass SJC ruled DUI roadblocks illegal.

Then they came up with sobriety checkpoints, the purpose as MADD puts it, “is to deter, not arrest”. Yeah, right.

Roadblocks, checkpoints call it what you want, smacks of totalitarianism to me.
