With Washington, D.C. buried beneath at least 20 inches of snow, and with more in the forecast, common sense would suggest global warming alarmists look elsewhere to make the argument to raise awareness for their concerns.
But no, Dylan Ratigan thinks it's ridiculous to suggest all the snowfall totals could cast doubt on the theory of anthropogenic global warming. On MSNBC's Feb. 8 "The Dylan Ratigan Show," Ratigan criticized those who would dare express misgivings about climate change based on the so-called "snowpocalypse."
"Here's the problem - these ‘snowpocalypses' that have been going through DC and other extreme weather events are precisely what climate scientists have been predicting, fearing and anticipating because of global warming," Ratigan said.

So how does he account for the times this happened 70 years ago? No matter what happens, the cause is global warming. Next I expect to hear them claim that sunspots are caused by global warming.

funny, to us “little people” here in DC it’s starting to look like what will happen with the return of an ice age, perhaps the ice age the fathers of today’s climate scientists warned us about in the 70’s.

The colder temps aren’t supposed to happen until the Gulf Stream shuts down. As far as I can tell, it’s still going strong. That’s the simple refutation of their AGW garbage relating to the cold weather

I remember old time pictures of Steam Engines plowing snow off of the tracks and the snow was as high as the chimneys on those things.
