I listened to the soundbite and it sounded less like a threat and more like a taunt.

Beck spoke about this and in all fairness I think zero is playing the birthers as a bunch of fools. Which in my mind, makes him more deplorable than ever.

One has to wonder why this would even come up and the only recent Birther development is a new lawsuit filed in Washington D.C that happens to have a judge, who I understand ruled against Clinton years ago.

So Obama is genuinely concerned if not down right scared that what he has spent millions to hide may actually come to light. In this new atmosphere of fear Obama is attempting to keep the front up that has been successful thus far of making fun of Birthers and hoping people are foolish enough to follow his lead, thereby unnerving the ruling Judge enough to derail the new threatening lawsuit.

The media is successfully alinskying the public to focus upon ‘the tweak to birthers’, when the actual purpose of the comment was to put on the record this purposed deceit of conflating citizenship with natural born as found in the Constitution. The left is afraid of the birther issue hurting them in future elections, and they are making preemptive strikes. If they can make people ashamed to say that they have doubts about Obamao’s citizenship, they can shout the issue down. The best response is to put it back on Obamao by simply asking what he is hiding. Make it a mantra every voter has in mind, “What is Obamao hiding?”

But seriously...Barry the Boob needs the "citizenship issue" just as much or more as some of his detractors. It allows his remaining supporters, dwindling in number though they be, to view him sympathetically as a persecuted martyr.

Frankly, if the citizenship issue goes away, it probably tends to weaken Obama further, since he would no longer be steeped in "citizenship martyrdom," and would merely be an inexperienced intellectual pygmy trying to wear the size 27 shoes of the Presidency.

This is typical Progressive procedure. Attack, attack, attack, take no prisoners, full speed ahead.

I think this jab and the dems new list of questions, with the birther question number one, is a preemptive attack or an attempted enoculation against some soon to come out bad news for Obama on his eligibility.

This is a BIG mistake on their part. Drawing attention to this issue is good for birthers. Negative attention is still attention. It is making the issue part of a national conservation they should want to avoid. Why introduce new people to this issue or START a discussion that those people weren't even having? Why put it on their radar screen? They THINK they can discredit everyone who even talks about it as a lunatic or RETARD. (sorry Rahm, I couldn't help myself).

This won't work. Are birthers going to wear TWO tin foil hats? Be laughed at TWICE as long by the uninformed? There is no downside here for birthers only up.

Suits are still being filed and appealed. Proof of eligibility bills are being introduced. FOI requests are pending. This issue isn't going away.
