(NECN: Washington) - Senator-Elect Scott Brown met this morning in Washington with Arizona Senator John McCain.

"I'm very pleased and proud to have Senator Brown come and visit with me," said McCain.

"Senator Brown represents, I think, the dreams and the hopes and the frustrations that Americans feel today," said McCain.

"The bill (health care) that was being pushed in Washington was not good for Massachusetts...a one size fits all program is not good for Massachusetts," said Brown.

"People want good government...they want us to solve problems," said Brown.

Brown beat Democrat Martha Coakley in a special election held in Massachusetts on Tuesday. Brown will fill the Senate seat left vacant by the death of Ted Kennedy.

"People want good government...they want us to solve problems," said Brown.

Actually, I want you politicians to get OUT OF THE WAY. All you do is CREATE PROBLEMS, not solve them. Somebody better reign this guy in fast, because I'm not liking what I'm hearing from him.

I’ll take a McCain Jr. over a Kennedy Jr.

Well Brown has already killed the health rationing bill...that is one problem he solved. And he isn’t even sworn in yet.

Brown’s victory is a good thing. It helped kill ObamaCare. But folks would be very foolish to assume that he will tow the line on the conservative agenda.

He’s done his job. Now, let the RINO go to the back bench where he belongs.

Let's see now, Sarah Palin is endorsing him, now Scott Brown shows up.

McCain still on the planet? Who here was in charge of the Silver Bullet, The Garlic Necklace, The Wooden Stake?

We need a Surge to combat the RINO Insurgency!

What is his record like in the MA State Senate?

I've seen a lot of pessimism about Scott Brown that I don't get?
