Republican Roy Blunt now holds a six-point lead over Democrat Robin Carnahan in Missouri’s race for the U.S. Senate.
A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of likely voters in the state finds Blunt ahead of Carnahan 49% to 43%. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.
The latest numbers mark a shift in Blunt’s favor from last month when Carnahan had a narrow 46% to 44% edge over her Republican rival

There’s massive video footage of Robin Carnahan, her mother and brother all endorsing and campaigning for Obama in 2008. Plus Robin supported the “stimulus” and Obamacare, she will not be able to hide these facts behind her famous family name.
I cannot wait until 2012 when MO can get rid of that awful Claire McCaskill. Amazing that they dumped Talent for that shrew.
They need to be CRUSHED! Taught a lesson. Listen to the American People when we speak or pay dearly.

I don’t know much about MO, Carnahan’s the incumbent isn’t she? Is she the one illegally apointed after her husband died and won anyway?
We will try our best. And I think the best bet is for Blunt to just hammer Carnahan on supporting zero and his policies. I would also hammer her on she being part of a Missouri political dynasty. As in, have ANY of the Carnahans held a job outside of politics since dear old daddy bit the dust?

That was her mother, former Sen.Jean Carnahan. Her father was former Gov. Mel Carnahan, who died.
They are running to replace Sen. Kit Bond (R), who is retiring.
Carnahan is Mo Sec’y of State. Blunt is currently a Congressman.
Carnahans..redneck Kennedys right down to the DWI’s and the sense of entitlement.
PLD - Will do, altho most, if not all, Missourians know the Carnahans. Her brother took over old Dickie Gebhardts seat in So. StL county in the last election. It was at his Town Hall Meetings that the unions thugs really went wild. I can imagine that sis is just as bad.
She’s the daughter & currently SOS. Her brother, Russ, is being challenged by Gov Matt Blunt’s former Chief of Staff. Ed Martin is a good conservative & one of the first Tea Partiers in St. Louis. He deserves our support, too.
Does that mean she gets to count the votes, too?
Wasn’t she elected to that post with the support of the Soros project?

At the time, I think if your name was Carnahan you were automatic. But yes, I would say that they attempted to ‘stack the deck” so to speak.
