The New York Times back in July of 2008 posted a syllabus, some exams, and two "answer memos" from classes the Kenyan Clown taught (from Teaching Law, Testing Ideas, Obama Stood Slightly Apart):

I think that the Kenyan Clown is, at best, a mediocre writer. I find his command of flow is generally good, but he makes surprising word use errors from someone teaching law classes at a major university.
Looking at the pedestrian prose in the above materials, I find Jack Cashill's arguments that Bill Ayers wrote Dreams From My Father compelling.
The birth notices for Obama that appeared in the Sunday, August 13, 1961 editions of the Honolulu Advertiser and the Honolulu Star-Bulliten say “Son, born to Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, August 4, 1961.”

But Obama would have been born after Kenya was independent?
Anyway, since polygamy is common in traditional African tribes, one doubts the law was ever prosecuted.

Obama was born in 1961 before Kenya became independent.
The Coast Province including Mombassa, where the Smith CPGH BC says Obama was born, was leased as a colony from Zanzibar by the UK in the late 1800’s, and became independent in late 1963. The rest of Kenya Colony became independent in 1964 (from memory) and was combined with the former Coast Province to make the current Kenya.
I personally do not believe that it can be said one way or the other whether Obama was illegitimate due to bigamy under Kenya colonial law, and whether or not Obama is “governed by” the BNA of 1948 because of multiple uncertainties likely never to be resolved in court.
On the other hand, I believe it is possible that an Obama birth in Kenya might be proved, if true, if more of the protection around Obama’s HI vital records comes down, say with Donofrio’s quo warranto.
