Well, he can’t appoint a Governor. A Governor is a duly-sovereign individual elected as the “President” of whichever state. A Governor is not under any order of the President. I don’t like Sec. 2 Functions. Well, lets see. This basically makes the states into Provinces, and at the same time puts Governors under the direction of the Secretary of Defense, an appointed position, not elected. Haha, oh man. Yum yum Fascism. Delicious.

You hold on that! And if we don't get rid of the Communists Party (formally the Democratic Party) and King Obama and his corrupt communists Administration, watch out. The Constitution already is worthless by Washington standards.
