I think the guy subbing for Cavuto got it wrong but he just interviewed Richard Cody (NJ president of senate) and identified him as the acting governor of NJ.
He was acting gov when McGreevy resigned, but I had not heard that Daddy Warbucks was for some reason not the acting governor.
BTW Cody is calling for Napotalino (sp) to resign.
