Shots have been fired at a shopping centre in the town of Espoo, near the capital of Finland, Helsinki.
An eyewitness said at least one person was left lying on the floor after shooting broke out, the national broadcaster YLE said on its website.

I think you are correct. That is his website. What’s the deal with the rat looking thing anyways? Is it some cultural thing that I just don’t get? He seems obsessed with UFOs.

SNIPPET: “After embarking on the killing spree, Shkupolli fled the mall and was on the run for several hours before police found his body in his apartment in Espoo, six miles west of Helsinki. He had apparently committed suicide.
The Kosovo Albanian was known to police and had been issued with a restraining order to stop him approaching his former partner.”
SNIPPET: “All four people he shot dead in the shopping centre were supermarket employees, it was reported.”
Apparently restraining orders are as effective in Finland as they are in the US.
