Executive Order -- Amending Executive Order 12425 EXECUTIVE ORDER - - - - - - - AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 12425 DESIGNATING INTERPOL AS A PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION ENTITLED TO ENJOY CERTAIN PRIVILEGES, EXEMPTIONS, AND IMMUNITIES By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words "except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act" and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.

To put things into perspective: Executive Order #12425 allows INTERPOL the absolute authority to investigate, charge, and imprison, and extradite Americans—without having to adhere to the same constitutional laws that American law enforcement agencies are required to abide by. Additionally, the International Criminal Police Organization is authorized to conduct covert surveillance and investigations on American soil—with full immunities from US law.
Laws such as the Freedom of Information Act, Congressional oversight, Constitutional protections, and without oversight from the FBI who is charged with the responsibility of internal national Security.
It also allows INTERPOL, wherever and by whomever to be immune from search, confiscation, and INTERPOL isn’t required to show proof or any other documentation concerning its investigations. It also means that INTERPOL can conduct covert operations against Americans without any accountability to anyone.

We will not make it to 2012. I’m starting to think it prudent to bet against making it to 2010 as well. 11 months is a LONG TIME away. In 12 months, this asshole has succeeded in systematic demolition of the bedrock of our Republic.
With 11 months until the elections, I’m guessing we won’t have ballot boxes or electronic vote counters by that point in lieu of Jack and John from the SEIU tallying your vote for you and submitting it on your behalf.

These people seem to have no fear of trampling all over our rights. They have golden parachute retirement and medical programs and can usually get a fat cat lobbyist job after leaving office, therefor they have little fear of doing just what they please.
The threat of jail time just might make them think twice.

This is an unlawful executive order. He has no authority to say an entire law enforcement group has immunity from the law. If that were the case then he could say the FBI or your local Sheriff has such immunity. They do not.
This is a hostile act against we the people, an act of war. We went to war against England when King Geoge did these types of acts.

Yes, you are right. Nothing will change since the fix is in. King Obama will be illegally re-elected in 2012 and the climb for the 2010 elections will never change the Communists Party (formally the Democratic Party) control of both houses. The increase of communists judges in the Federal system will block any legal challenges.
