Early this morning, after weeks of raucus debate and exhausting negotiations, the U.S. Senate passed a historic health-care reform bill. The gravity of the rather solemn moment, however, was momentarily broken when Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, the main architect of the bill's passage, accidentally voted against it.
With the debate on the bill entering its 25th day and the Senate's storied polite decorum eroding, the roll was called for a vote at 7:05 a.m.... Reid, clearly weary from the process, stood when his name was called and said "nay." Realizing what he had done, he quickly switched his vote to "aye" as his colleagues laughed...

Imagine if a Republican had accidentally voted "aye." You can bet that the video of that would be on all the MSM outlets for days. And he might not have been granted the courtesy to change his vote.
Rule should be: No Takebacks!
This is the guy who called Bush a “loser”. Retire, you old fool.
Ping!!!

Speaking of the MSM coverage, if you look at the whole article on the Yahoo!News web site, you'll notice that there was a video of Reid's gaffe after the text story. However, it is no longer accessible. Seems like it's the same old MSM bias at work.

No he is just a freakin’ IDIOT! He has NO business running the Senate or anything else for that matter.
The whole lot has to go.
Back to the real world.... Could this little "oops!" be used against Reid in the future? Such as him not being coherent or some such nonsense?
Didn't the dems force someone to step down because he was confused when he wasn't. (I forgot the details)
Anyway, it could be fun using their tactics against them. We must show them how well they taught us.
Matt 7:12 ~Do unto others as you would have them do to you ~
A man whose addled brain allow him to self perform an act not normal in nature. Of course he’ll just say he was a self made man..
