Thursday, the Obama Administration announced that it will rescind rules requiring the disclosure of financial information for Big Labor slush funds and front groups. And, the Obama Administration is giving you only 11 (eleven) days to comment!
At least they are consistent! Just as they did for union conflict-of-interest disclosure reporting that SEIUs Andy Stern may be ignoring and just as it rescinded union-boss perk disclosures, the Obama Administration continues to rollback union financial disclosures.
It is not surprising that Obamas Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis would rescind these financial disclosure rules since she is the former treasurer of the Big Labor funded American Rights at Work (ARAW) lobbying and political group. These disclosures would reveal much about the groups expenditures on behalf Big Labors agenda; the very types of expenditures Solis would have signed-off on as ARAW Treasurer.
Union officials have fought these financial disclosures since 2003. One of the AFL-CIO lawyers involved in opposing these disclosure requirements was Deborah Greenfield. Now, Greenfield is the Obama Administrations Acting Deputy Solicitor of Labor and Director of the Office of the Secretariat. As Deputy Solicitor, Greenfield oversees these regulations.
This looks like the same old Washington insider influence that Presidential Candidate Obama, President-Elect Obama, and President Obama promised that he would not allow.
But, there is more. Not only are Solis and lawyer Greenfield potentially violating President Obamas declared prohibition against conflicts-of-interest, there are many more union insiders at the Department. The Senior Advisor to Department of Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, Mary Beth Maxwell, greatly benefits from this rescission because she was the Executive Director of ARAW. ARAWs financial activities while Maxwell was in charge are currently due to be disclosed. However, in eleven days these ARAW financial disclosures will be lost forever.
If you want to take action, you have eleven days to make your comments and to demand that the DOL stop this nonsense.

Obamas Secy of Labor Hilda Solis, who takes her orders from Third World, is the former treasurer of the Big Labor's "American Rights at Work" (ARAW) lobby. The disclosures about to be rescinded are about secrecy---to keep secret the lobby's expenditures to advance Big Labors agenda.
Any fool can plainly see that the endangered Dems are frantic----rushing to get money into the hands of ACORN, SEIU, immigrant groups, and others, BEFORE the Nov 2010-12 elections.
Even stupid Dems know that, for them, it's curtains in 2010-12---unless massive voter fraud takes place. They need to buy votes, and are pulling out all the stops to get billions into the hands of their operatives---ACORN, SEIU, immigrant groups, and others.
OBAMACARE UPDATE The US Senate may break their own rules-----and go against the will of the vast majority of US Citizens----to pass their health care bill.......by using the nuclear option.
Remember that the first four years of ObamaCare is amassing $$billions. Period. Healthcare does not kick in til 2013. This trick will accrue massive amounts of govt money to campaign accounts to elect/reelect Dems. That is the one and only reason to frantically push ObamaCare on a recalcitrant citizenry.

The National Mediation Board quietly changed a rule last month letting unions organize without a majority of workers, requiring only a majority of those voting. I'm not laughing at you and there are more of us that agree with you than you think. I am hoping we can elect a strong anti-Obama Congress in 2010.
So far Obama's failed miserably. I don't expect that to continue. I think more people should get behind questioning Obama's eligibility until then.

Major corporations across this land should gearing up for a fight to the death against unions because unions are secretly preparing for all out war against them once all the pieces of their strategy are in place.
100’s of thousands of american workers will wake up one fine day and walk into work belonging to a union and will not have even voted on it
