Justice. Webster's defines it in this manner: the maintenance or administration of what is just (acting or being in conformity with what is morally upright or good) especially by the impartial adjustment of conflicting claims or the assignments of merited award or punishment. (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/justice) This is the premise of law that binds our courts and legal system.

There is a huge uproar about Khalid Sheikh Mohammed being tried in New York City, just a short distance from the WTC site. The problem lies with the former Bush administration. You just knew that this was going to be a "Blame/ Bash Bush" rant.

Neither amendment (6 or 8) states specifically that the rules of fairness pertain to only US citizens. We take for granted that all the amendments speak of US citizens, but the wording projects that protection to all that fall under the jurisdiction of the US courts. President Obama has placed them there.Pure insanity, bringing radical Mideast violence to America.
Will you share responsibility for the suicide bombings, IED's and mass killing that could very well be coming to the U.S. thanks to BHO?

Gee, I spent several days in NYC last fall-Oct, Nov, Dec. There was a big love affair with BO, and celebrations galore when he got elected.
So, NYC—too bad so sad. You made your choice-deal with what he mandates for you now. My sympathy reservoir has run dry.

It’s obvious that this administration is going to be soft on the jihadis.

President Obama has then seen fit to give them the protections of US law as described in the Bill of Rights.
This outrage alone should be enough to force Obama from office. This 'man' gleefully admitted his central role in the planning and execution of the cold-blooded murders of 3000 Americans. He deserves no 'rights'. He deserves no 'trial'. He deserves no protection under the U.S. Constitution.
He deserves nothing more than to be executed like a dog. Shame on this Administration for even considering granting him 'rights' and a trial.
