Why would aliens travel billions of miles to skin a calf? Almost as bad as that movie Signs where they traveled millions of light years then couldn’t get in the house because they put boards over the windows. And they had to use crop circles for navigation after travelling across the galaxy. I can hear the aliens now “oh no, they have boards, what are we going to do?”
Past cattle mutilations proved to be the work of government pathologists checking the effects of nerve gas releases from Dugway Proving Grounds if I recall correctly.

In the late 1970’s, we lived in northeast Wyoming, in the Black Hills. My husband was a Forest Service Ranger. He was administering a timber sale for a rancher with whom we developed a close friendship. One morning in late August, the rancher called him and asked him to come to his property and bring the Sheriff and Game Warden with him. I went also because the rancher’s wife was a friend.What the rancher showed us was rather stunning. He found a five-month old calf, lying on his side in the middle of his pasture. We had a rather wet summer, so the grass was pretty high, but starting to cure. The tall grass had not been trampled down around the calf. Other than the rancher’s, there were no tracks. The calf had been completely eviscerated, tongue removed, genitalia removed, eyeballs removed (even the eye lids). The hide was not torn, it appeared to be cut (lasered?). There was not a speck of blood anywhere.
The rancher’s two border collies would not go near the carcass. In fact, they would go no closer than about 20 feet. They layed down and cowered. Not typical behavior for those dogs.
My husband called the University of Wyoming and they sent some game biologists up the following day. They were completely baffled, as well. One interesting thing they did find. There was NO insect life within about 10 feet of the carcass. Usually there would be some maggot infestation by then. There weren’t even ants or beetles around........nor had the coyotes, vultures or other scavengers approached.
We are not kooks. We are both college educated and have always been rather pragmatic and practical people. What we saw that day remains a mystery to us and to those involved. There just wasn’t a known answer. It was not the work of natural predators. No person could have been there without leaving signs.
Reading back over this, I know it sounds kinda nuts. But I know what we saw.

“tele-transporter” technology, the Ebens do NOT have this technology. They have mastered space travel and can venture through space defying the time barrier.
As for our own technology, I very much doubt we have it today. We don’t have the Star Trek “Beam-me-up-Scotty” technology.
QUESTION: In a private communication I had with your legal counsel, I am given to understand that a member of the DIA-6 has a PhD in [theoretical?] physics ... can you ask this individual to expand on HOW SPECIFICALLY the Ebens traverse the vast, great distances of space and overcome the problem of TIME as they seem to freely travel from “Point A to Point B” in our Milky Way Galaxy?
ANONYMOUS: The Ebens use a “Universal Grid” system in traveling from one point of space to another. Their craft are able to travel NEAR the speed of light. This enables their craft to go into an altered space-time chamber. That allows the point of DEPARTURE and the point of DESTINATION to become closer in real time. It is similar to folding space by making the two (2) points — departure and destination — become much closer.
Remember, the Ebens have been working to perfect this type of space travel — overcoming the time barrier — for well over a period of 50,000 [of our] years. By now, they have in fact perfected this mode of space travel.
Although we have been given the basic BLUEPRINT for their craft, propulsion mechanism and overall operating system, we still don’t understand it. They use a vacuum chamber, which consists of a mini-nuclear reactor that forces some type of matter into space that deletes the molecules and causes that very small portion of space to become a vacuum. They also utilize anti-matter in such a way as to force their propulsion system into “streams” [waves] of energy in front of their craft that enables the craft to move and flow much easier through space withOUT any FRICTION from the ATMOSPHERE.
