They resemble the terrorist!

The need to be removed from office. AG Holder need to resign. Everything he has done in this matter is self serving to him and his former associates.

This is a criminal issue and should be grounds for a resignation of Holder.

This is just Pereilli.

The Deputy Solicitor General, Neal Katyal, argued the Hamdan case in the Supreme Court.

Barron and Lederman, authors of two very influential Harvard Law Review articles contending the president’s war powers are far more limited, are nos. 2 and 3 in the Office of Legal Counsel. One is described as “vehemently” anti-Bush. The nominee for head of OLC, Dawn Johnsen, undoubtedly harbors similar views.

There are others. Those who waged lawfare against the Bush Administration are now running the nation’s legal policy in the war on terror.

The enemies’ lawyers are now our lawyers against the enemy.

I still find it remarkable that over 50% of Americans were stupid enough to vote for a Muslim who palled around with terrorists. Didn't they understand that they would see sympathy and comfort for Islamic terrorists rather than ordinary American citizens?

Even I was taken aback, though, by this administration's cold "Just shut up and take it" reaction when an Islamic terrorist killed 14 Americans here on American soil. When the Kenyan Clown started joking and giving "shout outs" before speaking to the nation about this tragedy, well, that pretty much took the cake. I would have thought even a Barack Hussein Obama could muster more gravitas, but, no, he clearly has all of the gravitas of a party balloon.

Is it even common for any defense attorney to flip over to the prosecutor's office ~ much less on members of the same terrorist organizations?

This is insane. It's not like they can't find an attorney who hasn't represented terrorists in this country.

Rather, I'd think Holder/BamBam either sought out these lawyers, or were simply handed a list and a very heavy bank bag.
